Wall of fire

The Abbey Gardens in Bury St Edmunds have been looking particularly lovely this year.  I often pop in when in town just to take a few minutes out of my busy life, to chill and regroup.  Dropping in a couple of days ago, I had in mind to find a Virginia Creeper that I had heard was looking rather wonderful, although the previously dull weather had not done it justice in the photos that I had seen of it so far.

Midday is not normally the best time to go photographing outdoors but with a rare blue sky and the sun streaming through the foliage I think it makes for rather an attractive picture.
